Technical Field Specialist, Poultry
Temitope Ojo is an agricultural professional who has been in the agriculture space for about 7 years.
She is currently Farmcrowdy's Technical Field Specialist in charge of poultry operations.
Temitope has degrees in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development (M.Sc.) and Agricultural Economics and Farm Management (B.Agric.) from the University of Ibadan and Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta respectively.
She currently uses her expertise and experience to identify and manage business expansion opportunities that border around Poultry production and processing for Farmcrowdy - ensuring that we get the best value for investments.
Temitope has spent the last 10 years being a role model to children and teenagers by imparting them with knowledge towards excelling in their academic pursuit. She is also constantly looking out for ways to get better at whatever she finds herself doing per time. She volunteers as a teacher at educational institutions and Faith-Based Organisations, sharing her knowledge of Agriculture to both students and professionals at various levels of learning.
She has some unpublished works which are “Framing Gender in Agriculture: Farmers and The Press Media” and also “Performance Assessment of Small-Scale Farms with regards to Microfinancing”.
In addition to her educational background as an Agric Economist, she has worked at major E-Commerce institutions as a Vendor Incubation Manager and also as an Operations Supervisor.
She is responsible for coordinating Farmcrowdy’s poultry farming activities and also supervises farm extension workers at different locations across the south-western part of Nigeria.
